Q. How much do data I need to provide for registration?
A. No much, you choose a username, display name, first name, last name, password as well as supplying an email address

Q. Whats the point of step 2? what happens?
A. LetstalkFX.com membership is vetted to ensure people are connected or partcipate in the FX market; retail professionals, buy side, Wholesale, Corporate or technology & service providers. We vet your email against the professional market, failing that we use our database, failing that we use LinkedIn and as a last resort we email you for a conversation. It's important we know where you place you and how to interact with you

Q. What causes registration to fail vetting?
A. Lack of a professional email address will cause more scruitiny (for instance gmail or hotmail accounts). Not answering email questions in under a week will result in the deletion of your registration. Personnel from recruitment firms will also be rejected (recuriters have their own corporate login to the platform and are not individual members)

Q. How do I logon?
A. Use the username and password that you chose on the registration page. The actual logon button is on the home page.

Q. What happens if I forget my details?
A. The logon page has two services for the forgetful; one for password and one for logon.

Q. When can I logon?
A. The vetting step needs to be completed after which you will receive at least two emails assigning your roles. The important role is becoming an approved member. Your logon will fail if you have not recieved these emails. In addition your friends on the site will not see you in the directory until you are approved.
 
Q. What does enrich my profile mean?
A. The logon should not be confused with the profile. The logon gets you into the system from which point you need to provide profile data to gain meaningful interaction with the rest of the community. This is NOT a sales or marketing related process. Its about how you appear on the platfomr (photo, job, company) and what privacy you want (who can messege, befriend me, etc)

Q. Does profile enrichment take long?
A. No, maybe 5 minutes. There are tools to ease this process. On the My Profile page you will see a LinkedIn Service we have developed to copy your LinkedIn proflle into LetstalkFX (well, just the important bits).
